Baby Contest

I need a website that will post picture's and thumbnails hopefully in the thousands plus an auto responder to thank them & keep them informed about the contest & e-mail blaster to notified of new up coming events, secure e-commerce able to accept credit cards, pay pal & checks, e-mail account that will hold thousand picture's plus easy to download them to the site, testimonies site, e-mail this page to a friend, counter, I am running a contest with winners each month , semi annually, annually, maybe even let the internet public to vote the winners, search for your picture by name, information box to obtain their information, pop up box to attract work at home mom's, rules & regulations page, right button copy protector, thumbnails to magnified, the site must have a classy look for babies,I want a american theme and an eagle feeding a baby eagle, contact page, thank you page for the $25 entry fee, Must have pages to hold all thumbnails of all contestants then clear them at the end of each month & move the top three winners each month to front page. I must be able to move pictures around with easy method. I must be able to have customers send me pictures but in a holding page until I appove them to be moved to the website so I don't have to worry about someone sending nude pictures to my site. I need the website to download quickly
