I have a website that I need created. There will only be about? 8 companies that will be able to access it and it would require a loging for each company. This website will be used for my company and other companies to pool information on bad renters. Right now everything is in a shared excel spreadsheet and the list has just grown too large.
Users will login to the website and enter the bad renters information. Emila, name, address, city, state, zip, phone, IP address, ship name, ship address, ship city, ship state, ship zip. There will also be another field for them to add notes about the transaction.
There might be two companies that have had interaction with the bad renter and thus there is a need to be able to append notes to that particular person from other companies. I want the other companies notes listed so that they show they entered them. Some people have tried to rent from 4 different companies. I want each companies notes to be appended to the one particular renter.
When a user comes to the site he or she should be able to do a search based on any of the fields I just mentioned. If nothing is foudn in the query, the person will just add a new user to the database. If there is a match with the person, the company will just appened more notes to that particular renter.
Once a new user is listed I want there to be an alert that will send an email to the companies that pool together the data. This is an alert to be on the lookout for potential fraudelent orders coming in.
Once the user has been put in, I would like for there to be a way via google maps API to list this person on map within the site. This will help us determine if new renters are in a "hot zone" of previous bad renters.
All bad renters in the database should show up on the google maps within our site.
This can be done in ASP classic or .net
I dont care about looks, but do care about functionality and getting what we need.
The bottom line we want to save time from searching an entire spreadsheet with a few hundred people, but rather do a couple queries and see if that person comes up.

It was my mistake as this was supposed to be a small project off $100 and up with a maximum of $500. I could not accept bids that were lower if I tried. I am relisting this and canceling this one.
