This project involves two different part. One with developing highly designed and structured CRM site for clinic in Japan. This clinic has 4 branches and is opening 1 more. This client needs online appointment system, blog, news manger, banner manage, link manage, pod casting, calculation tools that user can use. The site needs to look professional. I do not want just a template. If you are using template, make sure they are edited so that the work would be original. Translation will be done by me. Second part is for school. For this one I need someone who can make stunning template, integrating, securing, find a creative use of joomla for early childhood center. The template should match the school color and show cuteness. You need to be experienced with joomla and its template systems. Please send your proposal with sample of your design. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
