44953 Hosting Billing Software

We need custom hosting billing software. - It should have all the basic features of Modernbill or ClientExec (online ordering, hosting account provisioning, domain integration, auto invoice creation up to x days in advance, recurring billing, autosuspended/enable for non payment, email reminders, payment gateway, integrated helpdesk/faq/news, customer management, customer interface, credit card encryption) A few things to keep in mind: a customer can have multiple accounts and multiple domains, we will need coupons, we will have a phase2 project that allows for english and french, a basic theme needs to come with the program, the application needs to handle multiple hosting servers, there will be 4 levels of access - 1 superadmin, 2 billingadmin, 3 supportadmin, 4 customer. - Here is where our needs differ from the standard MB/CE: 1 - We will not be releasing this as a commercial script. We will be using it internally. Thus one-time config settings can be in "include files" and do not need their own management screens. 2 - We only need Paypal, 2Checkout and OptimalPayment payment gateways (not 20 like MB) 3 - We only need cPanel/WHM, Helm and Plesk server modules. 4 - We only need enom domain ordering/transfering. 5 - The application needs to support multiple brands - i.e. We need to run billing for 8 companies through the same integrated system. Each customer/package/department/faq/etc... database table will have a brandid value corresponding to one of our companies. We will park the 6 billing domains on the same hosting folder, and the application will determine the brand based upon URL. Each company will need different gateway payment parameters (i.e. company1 will have billing@[login to view URL] as their paypal id, and companyx will have billing@[login to view URL] as their paypal is, also for 2checkout, seperate companies can have different 2checkout accounts). Each company may have different support departments, packages to order, etc... We expect the theme to look identical except the logo based upon the brand. Also, 8 is the number now, but it needs to be "x companies" 6 - We need the ability to flag a product as "anniversary billing" or "start of month billing". Our dedicated servers are all "start of month billing", meaning if someone orders a dedicated server, the pay a "pro-rated" invoice for the remainder of this month, and all future invoices are at the start of the month (the 1st)... The "anniversay billing" means that if a monthly customer orders something on the 10th of the month, he will be billed on the 10th of every month. 7 - We would like the customer to be able to "launch" their control panel from within the billing system. 8 - This needs to be in 100% unencypted PHP written by you. Any big questions? Ask them before accepting the project. --- Note: This project must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 15 year old company and we always pay. If you fail to meet your deadlines, we will post a 1 rating and we reserve the right to cancel the project. Please set realistic deadlines as you are expected to stick to them. Be aware that we are in the Eastern Time Zone (same as New York) and will expect correspondence to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST - 6 or 7 days a week.
