A script that allows users to input a problem and provide no more than 3 solutions to have visitor rate their suggestions.
They can input how much time solving the problem would save and how much money it could save by solving the problem.
Once the problem is submitted the user receives an email with a unique id. That id is how the user views the status of the problem/solution submission and whether or not they get paid/rewarded for submitting it. The user does not create a profile or anything. They only view the status of the problem.
The user's identity remains protected. Every problem that is submitted generates a unique id that is sent out by email address. That email address is not tracked or recorded. The user can remain anonymous and feel safe submitting problems without concern of getting in trouble.
Visitors can rate the problem and the solutions individually on a Good/Bad scale or a Thumbs Up/Thumbs down scale. The problem would
then move higher in the list based on the rating. If the problem submitted is in poor taste there is a flag option for visitors to check which would alert the admin to remove/hide that problem.
There is an Admin/Owner section where the problems can have more information added to them. Such as a reward/dollar amount added if the problem is considered important, a time limit on how long the problem stays active, whether it's in the top 10 list and a few other parameters.
The Admin can do everything but delete the problem. The Admin has two options HIDE or DELETE both just hide the problem. The owner is the only one who can completely delete the problem.
There is an option to generate a report to show how many problems where solved.
How much Time was saved because of solving those problems.
How much money was invested.
How much money was saved.
Again submissions remain anonymous until the person who submitted chooses to come forward for the reward money.
