Customising Wordpress based Job board website -- 2

Here you can view original demo: [login to view URL] In order to get full functionality that we require some customization: 1. We need separating type accounts for job seeker and employer. At the moment there is only one type of account that serves both purposes. 2. Jobseekers account needs to have added following functions: a. My CV needs to have an option to upload normal CV in PDF or DOCX and also questioner allowing to fill in candidate information, upload photo and add type of job they are looking for. Administrator of the website needs to be able to specify those fields. Those fields are going to be used after that as a CV database, that employers can browse through. 3. Employer account has to be completely different than what is currently offered by theme functions. Employer has to choose the package (free, basic, premium) etc and make a payment. Based on those factors he will have access to certain functions like: a. Featured listing b. Front page exposure c. Ad statistics d. CV Database e. Screening questioners 4. Following features have to be developed for employer account a. Ad statistics b. Application tracking - Employers are provided with all necessary tools to view, accept or reject applications from job seekers. c. CV database browsing d. Screening questioners – with assigned passing scores. Once a job seeker undergoes a questionnaire during application process employer will get an average score and see whether the candidate fits to the position or not. e. Creating company profile f.
