I need software that runs under Windows 8.1 and can be installed on both PC and Windows 8.1 tablets. Main idea of the application is to record the data user inputs and send data via email or store it on the device as a pdf and csv files. I provide the graphics icons, backgrounds and explanation of UI. Some examples of screen layout.
