I can do this project as I have done such projects but it won't happen in php, javascript or any other scripting technology. If you even somehow managed to get it done to run for a few times it will crash soon as every site has security parameters. They can easily detect proxy's. I have worked in this field for over 10 years and I know how it can be done. We can discuss it. Do not give me the project unless you are ready to pay 10% first as freelancer will take 10% of the money from my account (400$) as soon as the bid is accepted. Hello! Already did similar job for one of Croatian banks (HPB), only it was digital signage and data was real time encoded on movies / ads. We could do that on a web site too.
