Looking for someone to photograph apartments in NYC -- 2

I have experience with both digital and traditional forms of photography. I studied studio art for my undergraduate and graduate degree which also included photography. I have a Mark II 5D camera.

I've done photos for lending companies as well as for insurance and real estate companies. I do have hundreds of photos to show my work. I've taken exterior and interior photos.

I've been doing photography most of my life. I know best settings for low light or bright. I am very familiar with the neighborhoods of NYC and would consider relocating in the right circumstances. Presently I live in New Haven, CT and could commute to city by Metro North. I understand the rates you've put forth and they are satisfactory.

I live in NYC now

I have had interior photos published in a magazine. I would be willing to do the work for $15 an hour, 1 weekend day a week for as many hours as can be arranged. You would also have to pay any and all travel expenses in advance. I will be taking a tube into the city for starters but we can certainly come up with a fixed price for travel to make things easier.
