I need an Open cart developer

I am building multi-vendor site where unlimited amount of companies can list their flower, plant and gift products for sale and have their own store inside of the main site and the search can work on all of the vendor stores as one store The Opencart 2.3.0.2! is pre instaled and I am using PAV Floral theme. I have knowledge in working with Opencart but I do need assistance with folowing things: The vendor needs an access to admin panel with limited functions to only add categories, sub-categories and products and can only delete the products that they have posted, any other changes they will request the main site(store owner) to change and edit. Main functions required: • Multi-vendor • Vendor admin panel ( with limited options) • Vendor account must be visible to clients as vendors About us or contact us page with gallery and ability to post adverts and social media post( links that refer to other sites apart from [login to view URL] need to be approved by store administrator) • Ability to control vendor sites and log their activity • Ability to enable and disable vendors as for the vendors there will be an annual fee for selling on the Website! • Search system that will link all vendor shop products into one system
