We are offering a full time Graphic Designer for Sales Team & Web Development role for someone to join our growing team. You must be skilled and have experience in graphic design, web design & sales/customer services. You must also be fluent in English. Spoken & written Spanish an advantage.

Job description:
We are looking a graphic designer with high-end social skills, who is a fast and quick worker to support our Sales Team and to assist with web development. You must be fluent in English to assist with incoming sales calls and email communication with clients.
You will be trained in all aspects surrounding the artwork requirements for the Garment Printing industry and will be responsible for editing clients artworks and logos, redrawing artworks and creating visual proofs for clients. You will support the sales team and also contribute to the web & creative development.
Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
Checking and editing customer artworks in order to convert them into a print ready files
- Artwork redrawing
- Creating Visual Artwork Proofs for clients
- Communicating with key clients & accounts over the phone & email
- Creation of Artwork Guideline documents explaining artwork files in detail, and creating documents such as tips on how to create vectored artwork, or how to make a transparent file, or the difference between a Jpeg & Png etc
- Excellent telephone manner and happy to pick up the phone and talk to clients
- 100% excellence with written and spoken English
Other Responsibilities:
- Web design of Landing Pages
- Infographic designs
- Design of newsletter templates, web banners, promotion pages
- Design & Layout of business media packs
