Build me a WebRTC based web, IOS and android application

1. Features: One to one video/ audio call One to many video/ audio Create group/call Add friend Call conference using room key and URL and password Screen share Breakout room Meeting schedule Chatbox Chatbox saving option Chat to database Chatbox multiple file sharing options Record both audio and video call and store them on the server storage Automatic record audio/video for authorized users for compliance Note share on-screen video calling and store them on the server storage Take a screenshot of the calling window and save them to server storage. Login/logout system Show who left the meeting using Online/Offline checking Add people from contact or by searching user ID Share quick reaction emoji-like agree/disagree/raise-hand/go-faster/go-slower during video streaming Send sticker/emoji during the chat Send instant recorded voice message People Add and when login user authenticate Host Can Block user Host can add co-host from users. 2. Performance: Should be responsive to any screen size (e.g. Tab, Monitor, TV, Mobile phones) Room participator capacity should be a minimum of 150. 3. Instructions to follow: Code should maintain proper indentations Should use the comment line to describe the module/ method before using it. The project should be built in a given time Proper documentation should be maintained. Follow point 4. Freelancer may need to guide me about using webRTC, server and hosting requirements. Integrate to our existing web, IOS and android application MVC framework should be followed. 4. Documents: Technical documentation: Describing all the methods/modules that are being used and why that’s used. Instruction documentation: How it is deployed. 5. Eligibility and skills: Must have previous webRTC, server and hosting experience Should have in-depth knowledge about peer-peer connections and plugins that are used for servers. CentOS and CWP hosting Should have broad knowledge in PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, RDMS and React.js.
