First suggestion would be to remove the Homehub entirely and purchase a much better router. I personally use the Netgear R7000. But if that is too pricey we can find alternative options. BT Home Hub is very limited and has bad reviews in comparsion to the majority of other routers. For best speeds, I would also suggest breaking the band's, and dedicating devices to particular frequencies this can drastically help on non enterprise Wifi. PS: This can all be done remotely, but if your in my area I would visit and go over things there and then. Whatever suits you. Chris
