Dear Customer, First of all thank you for giving me the chance to bid for your project. I also thank you for the detailed specifications you provided - this was a very pleasant surprise! My proposal is based on MS SQL Server and preferably the code will be written in Visual Basic.Net. I am planning to use a small framework that I have already developed. This framework simplifies the tasks of maintaining the DB records, but also provides some entities (like the Users and their Permissions). As you can understand, I cannot provide the source code of this framework, although this will not prevent you for making changes to the rest of the code. If the above is a problem with you, then I can avoid the use of the framework and build the entities from scratch, although I will need a couple of days more and I will not be able to provide to you the extra functions of the framework. Finally, I have to mention that I didn't see any required report, so no report included in the offer. I suppose that either the reports are for a later stage of the project or you already have the way to extract them. Thank you again. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
