Laravel 5.3 developer (3 weeks project)

We are looking for a skilled Laravel 5.3 developer.
You will start right away, and work 5 - 6 days a week, 8 hours per day until our deadline on 22 December 2016.
You need to speak very good English, be disciplined and work good in a small team.
Required skills:
Laravel 5+ framework proficient
Mysql
Git with Github (branching and pull requests)
Psr-2, clean code
Good task management

Fast html/css implementation of designs

Nice to know:
