Database Printing Solution

Looking to locate / develop a GHS Labeling Package for R&D Lab Use (Sample Making, Stability Testing, Sample Storage and Sample Shipments). This would be for formulated products, intermediate materials and the downsizing of storage containers for received raw materials (Bigger moved Smaller (55 gal drum (or smaller) moved to 5 gal / 2 gal / 1 gal / 1 L) This can require the printing of one off labels, or multiple labels with 90% of information the same for each and slight variation (i.e. – 0C, 4C, 10C, 20C, 35C, etc.) for the others This information would be kept in a database (e.g. MS Access or MS Excel (preferred)) that is easily updated via forms, selected, modified (easily), variables selected, and printed (via network printing solutions) in various sizes (smallest is 1 x 2 5/8 in – largest would be 8.5 x 11 in with a few in between sizes) of commercially available Avery Labels. GHS Labels will require the following information (adjusted automatically based on label size selected): Owners Name Owners Phone Number Owners Reference Date Filled Expiration Date Material Name Signal Word (Select 1 of 2 possible via dropdown) Pictogram (s) (Select 1 (or more) of 7 via dropdown) Hazard statement for each hazard class and category (Editable and used to build dropdown) Precautionary Statement (Editable and used to build dropdown)
