Multimedia Auction site

I am looking for a professional to develop an auction site which will allow people to primarily auction their movies, games and software. What I am looking for is dedication, commitment and above all else, creativity in regards to the design and functionality amongst many other aspects of the website. We all heard of eBay and many other auctions that have spawned of late. Though this website will share the core functions of the auction process, I am after unique individuals who are able to make it stand out from the rest and who are able to give relevant and exciting ideas with the knowledge on how to implement them as well. I will need a detailed written plan on your development plans, all the sections, designs, graphics, which coding language will be used, and why along with time frames and a deadline. I need strong coders and developers for this project along with creative design capabilities. I will need numerous examples of your previous *relevant* work and if it is satisfactory, a mock-up of this site before any final decisions are made. You will need to communicate via skype and MSN. You will need to be able to adhere to strict deadlines and provide constant updates throughout the whole project. You will also need to have the time to work on this project. I DO NOT want and will not tolerate bidders who will work on this project in their spare time or have a full time job and try to squeeze this project in between. If you take this project, then you must have the available time to do it. This auction site will need to be built from scratch using whichever technology is most appropriate. This will be decided and explained by you, using your extensive knowledge of auction technology and various coding languages. I will give more details to selected developers in due course.
