Admin Panel - It consists of two users initially.
Super Admin - A super admin typically has the highest level of access and authority in a system, platform, or organization. Super Admin can add Tenants, Landlords, Properties etc. also manage notifications from Email and SMS. It is the Root user : can control all these functionalists and has its separate login credentials.

Properties :Property might be any format, either an apartment unit or a home given by the property owner, our office user acts here as property management company.

Tenants - Tenants are individuals that rent the property from a landlord or property owner. Tenants are typically responsible for paying rent on a regular basis in exchange for the right to occupy the property.
Tenants might be a single person or group
Tenants have to pay rent every month based on property
Rent collection : Cash, Pre-authorized or credit card
Landlords - Landlords are individuals who own and rent out property to others, typically for a fee or rent payment. Landlords have to take packages/subscriptions for uploading their properties on the platform. There will be 3 packages and based on the package what they are selecting the amount will be deducted from the account.

Maintenance Task :
All maintenance work will be managed by the office users with the help of contractors .
Landlords and tenants will get notification whenever there is change inside the maintenance task.
Agreement : Agreement must generate a PDF based on selection parameters and must be signed digitally by both parties.
Landlord Agreement : Landlord and Property Management company
Tenant Agreement : Tenant and Property Management company
Contractor Agreement : Contractor and Property management company
public URL for signing agreement and only at that time they have access to the admin panel.
Finance Data : Property profit can evaluate if the landlord provided mortgage data.
