I. ABOUT US

Thank you for the tine to review our project proposal.

1. Who are we - We are an Accounting CPA practice that prepares tax returns for clients and have started to extend the service to an online service. We are not trained IT people, we are Accountants (CPA/Chartered) so please do not get too frustrated when communicating with us as we don’t know all the technical terms you might use.

3. Online Tax Service – We are wanting to offer an online tax service with different targeted tax forms tailored to different occupational groups. At present we have only created the tax forms for HOSPITALITY WORKERS. At a later time we will add additional tax return form pages to our wordpress website representing different occupational groups, such as airline attendants, Butchers, Bakers, child care workers, Doctors, farmers, as examples.

4. How we built our online tax forms - We have used plugins to produce the first online tax return service for HOSPITALITY workers. Most of the plugins have been already written and available for us to use via the wordpress portal. However we did use a Freelancer consultant to write a wordpress plugin for us please read the following two pages:

5. Our Online Tax Service (NOT LAUNCHED) – We have not yet launched the first of our tax forms, the Hospitality Worker tax forms. However the HOSPITALITY online tax service is working as you can see from the above wordpress web links. The reason we have not launched the HOSPITALITY online tax service is because the feedback from our first target audience (hospitality workers) indicates that we must have a mobile app. It is for this reason we are positing this new job which is to create a mobile App. Before we discuss the job requirement for the mobile app we need to explain how we believe the mobile App can interact with our wordpress website for:

a. Our Online Tax calculator – [url removed, login to view]

b. hospitality tax form – our existing tax form on our word press website - [url removed, login to view] ; and

c. future intended tax forms for other occupational groups.

II. APP DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge – We do not understand much about Apps, however, for example we believe many Apps work by using the database built in the website (and not in the App) we believe these Apps are called Web Apps, we require the same type of App because we will make changes to our website ([url removed, login to view]) and not the App on a regular basis. The website pages that are likely to change which we require the App to also change is the:

a. tax calculator ([url removed, login to view]) changing the code in the plugin for our word press website that will cause the mathematical formulae to change the calculation result; and we require the App to automatically change so it is the same as the change to the plugin on wordpress website; and

b. Tax Form, ([url removed, login to view] ) changing the fields in the word press gravity plugin for our word press website, and we require the App to automatically change so it is the same as the change to the plugin on wordpress website; and

c. Future Tax Forms, changing the fields in the word press gravity plugin for our word press website, and we require the App to automatically change so it is the same as the change to the plugin on wordpress website

We need to clarify the above understanding is correct before we proceed with the job instruction.
