We require a widget to be developed. On startup, a query (from our database) will pull back a jpg and a url. This will display a small static hyperlinked banner ad, which on click will point to the associated url. Next, the user will select a city filtered by state or province (similar to a weather app) OR within a twenty (20) kilometer radius of current location ON DEMAND. Next, The widget will query the same database for only three fields of data. Only the data for the last selectable days, for that location, will be displayed in a vertical scrolling marque The data will be refreshed ONLY when there is a change in the database OR ON DEMAND. The app will need to be loaded on Google Play Store as well as iStore.
