Whechat Clone Phonegap

Project Overview: Creat a Chat App using PhoneGap/HTML5. This application will be usable across platforms PC/MAC Android/Iphone/Windows. This application will have push notifications for notifying of messages and to facilitate other features listed below. However a native app is only needed so that we can achieve push notifications, we will not be developing a native chat application yet, as my timeframes simply do not allow for such. When this project is completed, we will likely move into the production of a native chat app. That said, the Phonegap application must have the following features. FEATURES 1. Group Chat 2. Text Chat 3. Voice Chat 4. Individual Chat 5. Send Photo 6. Send Video 7. Web Chat 8. Share Location 9. Send Sticker 10. Nearby People 11. SCAN QR Code 12. Facebook Connect 13. Shake Feature (except we do no want to shake, as phonegap product could have problems with hardware, instead we will have user push a button which spins a wheel for a random amount of time, then when wheel stops it will match user to another person who wheel stop at same tiem. 14. Secret Word Emos Note: This chat will not use SMS for registering, Note: We do not need the application on mobile stores for visibility, since our users will already have a website log in from the main multi-app platform. Note: This phonegap product will need interfaced into our existing web and mobile HTML platform, however it will be a stand alone product in that it does not need to exchange information with other applications besides contacts. Note: We have original or direct advertisement as well as 3rd party (ad server) advertisement that will need to be incorporated into the mobile chat app. Note: For design, we will be replicating Wechat exactly, with very minor color and icon changes. Note: In terms of wireframes, you should use Wechat pages as example for how the mobile screen should look, we want to make a larger version of how the mobile looks. This is part of a much larger project (although I will not be able to share details of main platform until the end) . This project involved the United Nations and several large organizations worldwide. That said, we are in a rush to complete this, as we had a few months an money already spent on an Ejabberd application that proved useless…so now we are needing to get as many features done as possible by November 10th for our November 15th launch of the larger site. Awarded bidder who successfully completes will be offered a 2 year contrace with significant amounts of work. This is a performance based contract, with a base price of 13,000 USD, however if you meet your proposed deadlines then a bonus of 7,000 will be given for a total of 20,000.00. If the deadlines you propose are not met, then a reduction of 5,000 will be applied brining the value down to 8,000.00. This application will be used by a large number of people, so awarded contractor must demonstrate that load testing can support at least 1 million users before payment will be released for completed features. In your proposal you should outline what features you can complete in 30 days, 50 days and 80 days. As those proposed dates are what bonus or deductions will be based off of. You need to provide very similar work to this project for consideration and your involvement in submitted projects will be verified.
