I have 3 year experience with Unity3D developing and exporting to all mobile platforms including Xcode (I suppose you use it). Part of my job is also sending IPA builds on itunes. Also I have macbook pro so that will also be no problem. I would be very interested in hearing more details about project, because I consider myself very interested in it.
