I'm looking for someone who can help me with building a chat application for Android.
Using Twilio programmable chat and CCBILL payment solution
I need the following features for chat
Clients:
- pay per minute chat
- registering sign / sign up for clients
- add funds CCBILL
- saved chat history to read back
- add review and comments after reading (only paid clients can leave comments)
- when psyhic is offline client should be able to request psychic to come online. When psychic receives notification to come online psychic should be able to reply
- add psychic to favorite list and sent motivation when favorite psychic comes online
Psychics:
- sign up for psychics (waiting to be approved after sign up)
- Profile info/ picture / introductory video / languages spoken
- set own tariff rates for chat (optional: video chat)
- one easy button to toggle to go online and offline
- appear busy to other clients while psychic is in chat
- saved chat history of all readings
- psychic able to reply to client when offline and sent notification what time psychics is available. When psychic is online and added to favorite off clients sent automatic notification that psyhic is online
Admin:
- approve psychics who register
- sent out voucher to clients of 3, 5, 7 min or 10, 15 and 20 dollars
- new clients automatically receive 50% discount on first reading or when on website see discounted prices
- set commission as default for all psychics but admin should be able to change commission rates for psychics
- read / save chat / IP history of psychics/clients mostly the purpose is for possible charge back by client through respected bank or card issuer
- able to refund clients or adjust balance of clients and psychics
- referral system for clients and psychics
- categories and specialisation of psychics. Psychics should have no restriction to select any catergories
- history of all transactions / payouts for psychics, clients and admin
- block / ban / disable psychics or clients by admin
- voucher system for psychics after reading to sent to client 3, 5 ,7 min or voucher of 10, 15, 20 dollars. Vouchers can only be used max two times and require to add funds when 2 vouchers has been used. Psychics don't get paid for promotional vouchers or free mins of both new and existing clients
- timer for psychics and clients to see how long they are on a chat and how much the reading is costing while in a chat. So example psyhic is chatting with client and in reading client should be able to see how much current reading is costing and psychic should see how much he or she is currently earning while in a reading
- psychics get paid after last day of each month and account balance should automatically reset but history to be saved
Other:
- news articles
- check daily/weekly/monthly horoscope (through API)
- customer support will be through bitrix
- landing page (bitrix)
- adjust or delete ratings or comments by clients if rating has been unfair
