New or old mobile game developers wanted for profitshare partnership

We are currently looking for mobile game/app developers who are looking to develop their skills or take their creations to anew level. We are a startup company looking for developers to help develop small to medium games or apps that thrive in the market and in return we offer a share in the incoming revenue from those apps. We provide the following currently we have 2 startup servers for apps with multiplayer or other services offered dedicated webhost for space of apps if needed we can provide other resources as well. We currently function off of revenue we make from ads. if its reasonable we could offer some small funding on the apps but would have to be done as milestones. this is a work when you want partnership. there isn't a rush. we just want the same as everyone else.
