Implement iOS version of Android Cordova Plugin

I have a Cordova plugin for Android that plays streaming audio files and has a few additional features over the standard cordova-plugin-media plugin: * Automatic periodic notification of playback position * Starting a new player automatically when one reaches the end of playback * Tracking buffering status * Playback rate changing (which is not supported on the Android version of the plugin) I need to have an implementation of the same interface provided for iOS, using either Swift 3 or 4 (as I will need to integrate it with some of my own code later and have no understanding of Objective C), which additionally to the above solves a problem I have been having with the standard cordova-plugin-media plugin where tracks take a long time to start playing (which some research suggests can be achieved by using the automaticallyWaitsToMinimizeStalling property of AVPlayer, although I have also seen suggestions that in order to really minimize startup delay switching to a third party player library will be necessary).
