Home Inspection Score

I am the owner of a home inspection business and would like to have my clients access the report through the same app that I complete the report on. I inspect the same houses every year and would like to give the home a score between 1-100.
This is what I would like the app to do:
-Customer creates account.
-I do initial inspection of their home.
-I manually score the home. no formula is necessary to get score.
-Report is created.
-Score and report go the their account.
-Notification sent to customer telling them account has been updated.
-Customer opens and sees their score followed by a list of links to their reports:
"Your Home Score is 92"
"Report 10/2018"
"Report 10/2017"
and so on.....
-Cutomer can click on score and it will take them to a page to show the key
100 No Issues
90-99 Home owner can fix/maintain
80-89 Some issues need professional
70-79 Multiple Issues need professional
60-69 Serious safety concern needs to be addressed immediately by professional
0-59 Several safety concerns, you should not be in the house!
I would also like to be able to email the report to the customer, just in case they do not have a smartphone, or would like to print it out.
