DETECT and fix issues with ios and android apps

Need someone to evaluate our application and make changes. We have an app developed in both the ios and android stores. I have noticed that using the app is a bit complicated and there may be gaps in the user flow of the app. We need someone to make a complete wireframe of this project and compare it to what already built and complete whatever areas are missing. We also need to add a few new elements including a #Twilio feature that currently does not exist. If you don't feel comfortable placing a bid on the work because you don't know the full scope of the project, we can break up the project milestones and start with just the analysis, wireframe and workflow and then based on that you can quote me on the rest. The budget for this project is as follows: $100 wireframe and analysis $200 Build Twilio feature and special access feature $200-400 fix all other issues found during analysis.
