Create an app with react native

I am looking to hire a programmer who is proficient in react native to design an app that can be compiled on both android and iPhone devices. The app will start with a qr code scanner when you open it, once you can the gr code it ask you if you want to go to the gr details, you click yes or no, upon yes it ask you if you want to add the event to your calendar. If you click Yes the event will be added to your calendar and your name will be added to the guest list The top of the app will have a button that says throw, once you click that it will ask you to log in using either google or Facebook, then you will be able to add the details. Location, dateline, event name and if you want to include a cover cost for your event and how much you would like the cover to be. I’ll post some drawings to give you a better idea of the design.
