We are looking someone help us to develop an Augmented Reality app? AR? It's for a hotel that also wants to give recommendations via AI responses for things to do around the city. Two main questions: Can it function offline without wifi or cellular? Can it work inside a hotel's pool area or indoor lobby, meaning you can see the hotel amenities pop up so they can tap on them? This is kind of the work we need. Here is the source code. Please let me know your thoughts.
