We need to protect our smartphone so users can just use the Apps we want him to use, and to avoid any change in the settings so unauthorised users can not open some apps or change settings like disabling GPS, or activating plane mode... We have the root image and now we have protected it, but we can not disable the System UI menu, so any user can open the Quick settings menu and push the gear icon so System UI gets enabled and then he can gain access to GPS or airplane mode, and disable it.
