"VIDEO TO MP3" Converter / Downloader App

Hi I'm looking for someone who is capable of building iOS and Android apps. The app is going to be a video to mp3 downloader. I already have a converter/downloader installed on my server. I just need someone to create an app which will use the converter and then download the converted mp3 files into the device. I am using "freedown downloader" script on my site (demo = [login to view URL]). i need someone who can create a mobile user-friendly design & setup ad management system (for app and website) App needs to be compatible for as much iOS version as possible and for all iOS devices (preferably iOS 3+. Let me know if you are capable to make it compatible for iOS 7 also) Basically the application will be able to convert the video to mp3 format so that the user downloads into the app (like a music library app) App needs to have a button which will automatically send the video to the converter. Ad management must be configured in order to generate income properly, for computers, tablet and mobile devices. SEO needs to be implemented, in order to show up on top search results. I want to the do iOS version first and see how it turns out. If all goes well and if I'm happy with the final product, then I will create a second project for iOS, Windows and BlackBerry devices too. So the mobile app needs to be compatible on all devices so that we won't need to start from scratch for each project. Social sharing integration is necessary also.
