New UI for existing iPhone & Android App

I have an app already in the marketplace that I want to update the UI on. The gameplay will remain 95% the same. I would like to new UI to act very similarly to Words With Friends or Scramble With Friends. Infact the UI is almost an exact copy of Scramble with friends.

The game is a car racing pit stop app where the user maeks a pit stop, changes tires, fuel, and other things. The multiplayer is currently using GameCenter and is synchronous. The new UI would be asynchronous, best of 5. I have included screenshots of the UI I have already designed.

*Graphics are already made. Please do not include graphic design in your proposal.

Needs:

- Final product will be iPhone 4 & 5, iPad, and Android phones and tablets.

- Turn-based, best-of-5 multiplayer.

- Ability for players to match up using Facebook freinds or Twitter friends or email, or randomly matching.

- Android and iOS users to have the ability to compete.

- I need to know how hosting of these matches will happen - do we use Google servers to handle this?

- This needs to be integrated into my existing app gameplay. I will provide source files.

Freelancers who demonstrate previous work with these kinds of multiplayer UI will be given priority. I am also interested in doing a Windows Phone version. If you have those abilities, please let me know.
