iPad Mini Not Picking Up Stylesheet In Landscape Only?!

We have a weird issue with our clients website, where the website on iPad Mini only isnt picking up the correct stylesheet when its in Landscape mode. We're sure this isn't a hard fix but we need this fixing today (ASAP).
