This project has already been started but needs some expertise to finish it. Leveraging MS Power Pages/Dataverse/power apps/flow: The power page website will be for a company to post work, invite vendors to bid, receive proposals, assign evaluators, rank proposals and award work. Workflow Office generates a statement of work describing project requirements. Enters info in form that updates tables. Prints to pdf/word templates Posts on site for vendors to review Vendors submit/upload proposals PM assigns evaluators to review proposals Evaluators review (in the tool) and score (using worksheet form) proposals assigned to them. proposals are ranked and winning vendor is awarded work. Multiple opportunities/work statements-dashboard view shows status of the portfolio with drill down into each project. Multiple external vendors. vendors can select from all open projects and submit proposal. Proposals consist of four different documents (Cost, Technical, Management, and experience) plus resumes. Website has functionality to capture notes, comments, and clarifications from company to vendor. Role based security/permissions
