I am a dedicated office administrator with many years of experience in high level roles. I have managed a call centre, was an office administrator/personal assistant for a group of medical practitioners as well as many other lower level jobs. I have excellent customer service skills, am proficient in my tasks, excellent keyboarding/ typing/ data entry. I was an onsite property manager for 4.5 years for a not-for-profit organization so I am familiar with property management, lease administration and data entry into the proprietary management software. If it is a program that I have not used before, I am not afraid to tackle and learn a new system. As an office administrator for the medical practitioners I did their bookkeeping and accounting including A/R and A/P, designed reports, databases, spreadsheet manipulation according to their specifications.
