I've been developing VBA & Access solutions for more than twenty years now. Even though I'm pretty much giving away the project, in short, your problem is that you are missing the software that your access code is looking for. You need to install the old ancient version of QuickBooks that was on the server & ensure that you've selected all of the options that you selected when you installed on the old server. Hi, 429 runtime error is one of the most common errors that occur when the component is not registered properly. Here in your case it is the QuickBooks SDK installation. I would recommend uninstalling QuickBooks SDK, reboot and then clean install the quickbooks SDK.
