Write a contract / Invoice - READ THE DESCRIPTION

Attachment (bespoke Plan ) shows the 3 pricing plans that we offer to our customers. Bronze , gold , platinum. We need a contract clauses that outline the agreement between ourselves and the client in regards to the packages. Clauses should point that:- Bronze - 6 months minimum term followed by rolling Gold - 12 months minimum term followed by rolling Platinum - 12 months minimum term followed by rolling The format of the contact needs to be specific to how we want it. Please also refer to the attachment. Basically the top part needs to be invoice bottom bit contract clause then when we turn the page around the whole page should include a clause. We want the clause about how long contract term to be on the back. In regards to the invoice (at the top of the page ) it needs to have a place to include customers details, the service option etc. Right at the bottom there should be something where we can sign and so can the customer. Bascially it needs to mimic the attachement we have sent you. We requirement someone with experience in contract writing and someone who has made a similar contract to the template we have shown.
