I need an experience interviewers who has an ability to do an in-depth interview (basically it's pretty much the same with regular interview but in this case all the questions are open-ended questions) with some kind of industry expert. The industry is from Architectural Coating.
The requirements for the interview I am looking for are :
- Fluent in English
- Understand the market of Architectural Coating
- Has an excellent communication skills
- Since it's a B2B project, must be able to behave elegantly
- Own vehicle or willing to mobile
- Can work under pressure
As I mentioned before, the industry of this project is Architectural Coating. More detail about the project scopes are :
- Market Size of Vietnam Architectural Coating in Project Channel (B2B business)
- Competitive landscape: Key player market share, dynamics, etc.
- Entry Barrier for foreign coating manufacturers: such as policies from local governments
For the selected interviews, here are the following work detail :
- I will provide the questionnaire
- Interviewer must provide the list of potential respondent
- Since I am in Indonesia, we will communicate using email and WhatsApp
- Interviewer must report to me daily
- Final report is in Microsoft Excel format
- Since it's IDI (qualitative research), no need to do charting and tabulating
