Attract an audience to like my Facebook business page and visit a URL.

We are currently putting together a Facebook page and we require a freelancer to invite a targeted group of people with certain interests to join the page. We want to attract people in Australia that might be interested in Thoroughbred Race Horse ownership. There will be a good quality prize available to those who like our page and also share it with 5+ people.
We will share several pages, posts and facebook ads and would like to target all the people that have communicated with these pages.
Please note that I only want to attract people in Australia. I only want to accept like on our page from people based here in Australia.
