We are looking for someone to telephone 5-6 of our current clients, to ask them:
1)Why do they use us as a supplier?
2)What areas do they feel we could improve on?
3)What is the biggest challenge(s) in their job at the moment?
Must be UK-based and speak fluent english. Should have a professional and fluent telephone manner and be able to draw out people over the phone and have the ability to allow them to talk freely.
Should then be able to write up notes of each phone conversation, together with a brief summary report highlighting any common themes or particularly illuminating comments from any of the conversations.
We would like to have a short phone conversation with any potential bidders before awarding the project.
