Project Details: Database currently developed in MS access needs to be placed on web platform. The primary purpose of the application is Sales and Operations Forecasting by plant and material. Many operations managers and sale managers need to access/enter the data remotely. The current application is difficult to administer due to the multiple file servers to support each region. Current modules include. 1. Sales Projects by Customer / Mfg Plant / Material / Historical Sales / and future forecast volumes. - Summarized by a ] Plant b] Material c] Customer d]Sales Manager 2. Internal Sales sourcing by Receiving and Shipping Plants 3. Demand Materials conversion [Bill of Material from SAP] 4. Operational Work Center Mode of Operation master to support Production, with balance of forecast from supporting information from Sales [ Demand] , Inventory , and Mode of Operation results upon feed entry by Plant Manager. 5. Production and Downtime KPI for work center daily results.
