Need shipping Restriction by Pin code and COD availability and serviceable area

We are using magento 1,90. We are looking Shipping restriction by pin code Once the user enter the pin code, it must see, whether this product will delivar by COd or not and also What payment mode facity avl. 2) It must also show the tentative delivary of the product. 3)We have enclosed the 3 file, where you can see, pin code result how to show and also shopping cart redeisgin with pin code result(when the product will be delivery) 4) The pin code function must work product wise either by sku, attribute 5) We can upload the csv file update product wise , which can be mention in the bulk upload etc 6) In the Shopping cart, there should be alert given for check out if the two product chosen as online and on product chosen as COd, any one option user has to select. 7) All the updaation must be update in the invoice/ shipping method etc. its must work also facebook store also. The entire work will be given as a lumsum basis, install it in our website with 6 months bug fixing, if any. All the source code should be hand over to us.
