I need help on on my Zimbra works. Here is the scope; 1. Sent emails always goes under spam. Outgoing Authentication and DKIM, SPF needs to be configured 2. Send and receiving time of the servers needs to optimized 3. Security needs to be checked and needs to improved if necessary 4. Best Practices needs to apply 5. All ssh session must be recorded and shared with me in order to your commands

I have about 4 years working whit zimbra servers, it's have a big reputation and is keep out to black list the fist is verify the reputation and Take measures to correct errors in this regard. verify the logical structure and optimize the service in case of firewall or mta equipment. before my email was constantly added to the blacklist but with the measures already has more than n year without problems
