I'm a good acquaintance of Xilinx series 7 architectures. I have implemented hardware blocks in Vivado HLS (SystemC) that I used in BlockDesign. I have generated IPs in Verilog, and I built architectures using BlockDesign. The most important projects on Virtex 7 are: SOTR (hard real time) hardware on a RISCV architecture and a modbus controller for real-time multiprocessor systems.

It is some time since I have worked on Xilinx chips but I would be very interested in working with the PetaLinux tools and soft CPU.
