Teach me on how to setup geoip on Ubuntu 18.04 server with firewalld

Admins wanted - I want to learn from you guys and not for free.
So for one of my first lessons I want to learn from you on how to setup a geoip firewall blocking on my Ubuntu 18.04 server with firewalld installed.
At the end I want to be able to
- download, extract & install the xtables addon on my own
- setup rules by command line
- have the rule "block all countries but Germany" installed
This session should be done with via Skype sharing my screen.
