Please note: 1) Cpanel is not supported on Ubuntu servers Only Centos 2) Cpanel is a paid panel if you free panel you can go with ISP3Config VestaCP etc (contatible with Ubuntu and Centos as well) or you can go with a light weight panel CWP (again comatible only with Centos) 3) Do you really want Ubuntu as your prefered OS, i would rather recommend to go with Centos (much stable than Ubuntu.)
