Hi, I'm Matías a professional sysadmin with +10 years of experience and can help to block the VPN traffic using a predefined blacklist with daily updates using a cronjob, or another way but needs more work to do, it's using a packet sniffer to verify every packet coming to your server in the main ethernet interface. The last one it's the best way to perform the configuration but as I say, we need some time to analyze the incoming traffic do you have and based on the results create a rule that can automatically detect and blocks the VPN traffic.

Hello, I'm an experienced Linux/Unix Administrator and very familiar with shell scripting and firewall concepts in Linux (IPtables and others). So I can write a shell script that reads the IP file (the file which contains the VPNs' IP addresses) and block them all automatically. in this way, you can change the VPN file any time and re-execute the script to apply the changes easily.

If you have it hosted in a cloud we can see the services offered by the cloud, anyway I have scripts to block connections in the server side.
