Installation of Vicidial for small sized call center. The tasks will be including installation of required software from scratch and finalizing the job based on the given scenario and requirements. Below are the main task that needs to be done:

Creating users, campaigns, in-groups.

Skill based routing for inbound calls

Basic configuration user guide..

Payment Milestones:
