I need someone to write a privacy policy and terms and conditions for my website. My website is a relatively simple auction site/store. The products being sold are login credentials to a website in the form of username: password: Customers buy the login credentials using their credit card, paypal account, etc. The login information is both shipped to them physically and emailed to there gmail address. Their billing information and email is entered onto the website. Refunds are allowed, but only under very strict circumstances which will be discussed with who ever takes this project. Other than that, there's really not much to the website. English must be your first language, and it would be preferred if you had legal schooling. I will take the time to read all the proposals, so please make sure it's quality.
