Help me install a template in my namecheap cpanel and joomla cms

I purchased this template from astemplate and I can not figure out how to install the template in my namecheap c-panel and install it at my joomla site as well. I need someone to assist me with this process. The quickstart set up has a [login to view URL] which it has to be uploaded in my cpanel and then installed in joomla. I tried to installed it myself, I follow the instructions and at the end it said error and now it says 404 non page. Please send me a message to know more details. Thank you, I hope someone can help me ASAP.
